In this lecture, Johan Prevot, Executive Director of the International Patient Organisation for Primary Immunodeficiencies (IPOPI), describes the organization and provides an overview of the evolving use of immunoglobulins. His presentation summarizes accessibility and proposes solutions to improve availability to these therapies for primary immunodeficiency patients in Asia.

• Introduce the International Patient Organisation for Primary Immunodeficiencies (IPOPI) and primary immunodeficiencies (PIDs); 
• Describe the immunoglobulin evolving landscape; 
• Update on the access to immunoglobulin; 
• Understand the unmet needs for PID patients in Asia; and 
• Describe how to improve availability of IGs in Asia.
