I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Visit https://athi.abbott/forgot-password. There, you can follow prompt to reset your password.
How do I change my email address on the account?
Unfortunately, you are not able to change the email address on your account. If you have a new email address (for example, you changed roles and have a new work email address), you must register a new account with the new email address. Then, contact us using this form and ask us to merge your two accounts together.
We are happy to do this for you. Please ensure to share with us both email addresses.
I’m having trouble using the site.

- Use a desktop rather than your tablet or mobile device.
- Close all your open Internet browser windows, then open a new window and clear your Internet browsing history by holding down CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE.
- If you’re on a Mac, use Firefox or Chrome.
- If you’re on Windows, use Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled.
- Use a home computer; some work-issued computers may have a firewall and block some content for security reasons.
How do I claim credit for online lectures?
To claim credit for lectures, you must login to ATHI. Then, select ‘My Courses’ in the blue navigation bar at the top of your screen.
From there, you can view all curriculum that you’ve elected to enroll in online. For any completed curriculum, you can view the certificate. Once open, the certificate will state all necessary information in order to claim credit through your appropriate agency. For more details, see here.
How do I claim credit for an in-person lecture?
If you attended one of our in-person lectures, you received an Event ID code. You must visit this page to enter the Event ID code and follow the prompts.
Note, this code is unique to the event you attended. If you misplaced the Event ID code, please reach out to the event organizer to receive it again.
What is an Event ID?
An Event ID is a unique code that is generated for in-person events. If you attended an in-person event that is eligible for CE credits, you received this coded at the end of the event. You may enter it on this page and follow the prompts to claim your CE credit.

How do I register on ATHI?

How can I update my personal information and credentials?
To update your personal information, you must login to ATHI and select ‘My Profile’ from the blue navigational bar at the top of your browser. There, you can choose to edit your profile.

I cannot login for some reason. What should I do?
If you cannot login, please try resetting your password. If you’re still having difficulties logging in, please contact us.
How do I view lectures in the language of my choice?
We offer our accredited lectures in several different languages. To see what lectures are available in the language of your choice, please visit our Lecture Catalog and filter by the appropriate language.
Once enrolled in a lecture of your choice, a new window with our learning management system appears. You can change the language of this system by hovering over your account name in the top right corner and selecting ‘Account.’ Then, select ‘Preferences’ and select ‘Edit Preferences.’ You can then select your preferred Primary Language.
Note, not all languages are enabled in our language management system. Only the languages available in the drop-down menu are available.
How do I view which lectures I’ve completed?
Login to ATHI and then select ‘My Courses’ from the blue navigational bar at the top of your browser. From there, you can view which lectures you’ve enrolled in, including those that you’ve started and/or completed.
How do I view which lectures are incomplete?
Login to ATHI and then select ‘My Courses’ from the blue navigational bar at the top of your browser. From there, you can view all lectures you’ve elected to enroll in. Any marked ‘started’ (instead of ‘complete’) are incomplete.
