Mr. Westgard level of expertise in the medical diagnostic field runs deep as he specializes in method validation, basic quality control (QC) practices, sigma-metric analysis and QC design of analytical methods for medical laboratories. He started his professional career in 1998 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he graduated with a BA (academic distinction) in English and History. In 2003, he completed an MS in Computer Science at Pace University (NY).
